Laura (Ava Austen) is the Space Taxi's new business manager, and her first assignment is to audit driver Azura's talents. Laura comes in with a heavy-handed attitude, enforcing a uniform policy, and demanding Azura turn down the taxi's atomic core. Unfortunately, this is a mistake, and the core gives out, leaving them stranded light years from any outposts.
